Mezzanine financing complements bank lending for companies seeking capital for projects, acquisitions or other investments.

These unlisted bond loans are bundled into a fund by Quaestor after a rigorous selection procedure. Our selection focuses mainly on mature Belgian SMEs, with an eye for a correct risk/return ratio. Mezzanine funds are medium-term investments and typically have a term of approximately 5 years.
