Mezzanine financing complements bank loans for companies seeking capital for projects, acquisitions or other investments.

These private bonds are bundled into a fund by Quaestor after a strict selection procedure. Our selection focuses mainly on mature Belgian SMEs, with a focus on achieving the right balance between risk and return. Mezzanine funds are designed for the medium term and typically have a lifespan of roughly 5 years.
