Client Service Officer

Quaestor is looking for a driven Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach and initial experience within a financial institution.

Job description

As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide excellent service. You support them in carrying out their financial transactions and administration. In addition, you welcome clients to the office and ensure a smooth and professional reception.

Your duties

- Responsible for the complete onboarding process of new clients

- Follow up and process financial transactions(funds, private equity, term accounts...)

- Administrative support and reporting

- Perform first-line checks within Client Service desk processes

- Welcoming and assisting clients in the office

- Function as a liaison for client inquiries

Your profile

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in an economics or finance field

- You are customer-friendly, professional and communicatively strong

- You work accurately and in a structured manner

- Affinity with the financial sector is a plus
