Financial Analyst Internship

Quaestor is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious intern to support its activities in the publicly traded sector.

Job description

The internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the challenging world of equity and bond funds. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our analyst team and will assist with, among other things, the day-to-day management of Quaestor’s various (equity) funds. You will receive on-the-job training and be supported by talented professionals.

The internship program is open only to candidates who have already graduated and generally lasts four to six months.

Your duties

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the investment process, including:

• Preparation of reports related to the funds (monthly, weekly, analyses)

• Drafting a newsletter

• Financial analysis (stocks) and presenting investment ideas

• Monitoring and analysis of third-party funds

• Preparing for the management committee / investment committee

• Monitoring positions and preparing orders

Your profile

• You have an excellent academic background and have already earned a degree in economics (Master’s in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)

• You have strong analytical and numerical skills

• You have a passion for financial markets and a desire to further your career in this field

• You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), in both Dutch and English

• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player

• You are flexible
